One of the reasons you might be shopping with us is that you recognise the superior quality of our pieces. And just as we want our furniture to be the best you can find, we want our promise to you to be equally superior. That's why, while most furniture manufacturers only offer a 2 year warranty, we offer a 10 year warranty.
Your item has been created using the highest quality materials by skilled craftsmen. It was also quality checked and tested at several stages, from the supply chain to production to the moment it arrived in our warehouse. So we're confident that 99% of the time, your piece will be exactly as you imagined it.
What does this warranty cover?
Residential:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in 4ORM4 furniture.
Commercial:
This warranty covers metal or solid wood structural failures in 4ORM4 furniture resulting from light commercial use in coffee shops, hotels, offices, or similar.
How long does the coverage last?
Residential:
This warranty starts from the date of delivery. This warranty lasts for 10 years on any metal or solid wood structural failures from residential, non-commercial usage. This warranty lasts for 1 year on any soft parts and workmanship related failures. Examples of failures covered in the 1 year warranty are threading, piping, buttons, rubber components, and parts with glue as adhesive, that come loose from residential, non-commercial usage.
Commercial:
This warranty starts from the date of delivery and lasts for 1 year.
What will 4ORM4 do?
Residential:
For the 10 year warranty on metal or solid wood structural failures, 4ORM4 will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 8-14 weeks. For the 1 year warranty on soft parts and workmanship related failures, including threading, piping, buttons, rubber components, and parts with glue as adhesive, 4ORM4 will reimburse local repair charges under the conditions that:
- The repair service quote is first approved by 4ORM4
- 4ORM4 does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service, and cannot be held to further compensation in the event of dissatisfactory repair work.
Commercial:
Depending on the issue this may involve shipping you replacement parts, organizing repair, or a complete replacement (at our discretion). 4ORM4 will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 8-14 weeks. The customer is responsible for any labour and/or shipping charges on the replacement part(s).
What does this warranty not cover?
Residential:
This warranty does not cover:
- Marble, paint, leather, metal finish, fabric, fiberglass, foams, plywood, rugs, veneers, cushioning, and coating materials
- Furniture not explicitly specified suitable for outdoor use is not covered for damage or defect from outdoor use
- Problems caused by abuse, misuse or acts of nature
- Animal damage, burn marks, fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics
- Compression of cushion fillings/fiber
- Failure to take reasonable care of the furniture
Commercial:
This warranty does not cover soft parts, marble, paint, leather, fabric, fiberglass, polypropylene, foams, plywood, veneers, and coating materials. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose, and exhibit normal use.
How do you get service?
If a product is faulty the customer must contact 4ORM4 within 14 days of delivery and provide any information requested to include, but not limited to: images and a full description of the fault.
