Returns
We are happy to offer 365-day returns to customers in the United Kingdom.
We created this policy as part of our ongoing effort to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, enabling you to transform your living space into your own personal showroom, and try your favorite design in the comfort of your own home before making a long-term commitment.
We're able to offer 365-day returns due to our strong and steadfast belief in our products. The vast majority of our customers are pleased with their purchases, with only a very small fraction initiating returns.
We understand that flexible policies are important to you. However, we reserve the right to approve returns, based on the condition of the piece and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Returns are only accepted in the original and undamaged packaging.
We will refund the amount paid minus a 25% return shipping fee and the outbound shipping fee.
Cancellations
Within 24 hours of order placement
Orders canceled within 24 hours of order placement, and prior to our warehouse picking the order for shipment, will be canceled for a full refund.
After 24 hours of order placement
Orders canceled after 24 hours of order placement, and prior to our warehouse picking the order shipment, will receive a refund of the order's subtotal minus a 10% processing fee.
Important Notes:
- Returns are only accepted within the United Kingdom
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- 25% return shipping fee applies to all returns
- Original packaging must be undamaged
